Good things to know

  • Good news, there is a fixed hourly rate to base your estimations on. However, this does change depending on the brief, scope, complexity and your budget.

    As an experienced service designer, the hourly rate is;

  • No, these are a selection. I have over 5 years of projects spanning my time in start-ups (San Francisco, Amsterdam & London), as well as freelancing for architecture firm, public instutions, cities, charities and consultancies (Deloitte Digital). Spanning Ed-tech, Real Estate, Public Services, Sports, Architecture, Smart Cities, Financial Services, GovTech.

  • Haven’t yet! However, I do not enter discussions with clients from the tobacco, gambling, oil & gas, and mining industries.

  • I am all about collaboration, whether that with your internal teams or other agencies working with you to deliver amazing work.

  • I have extensive experience helping to launch new products, to iterating existing products & services; incl. redefining the vision, product/service strategy & product roadmapping. Formats I enjoy discussing your needs;
